Fairly clean venue and exceptionally helpful employees. A refrigerator, an air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room and the big bed. Excellent and wonderful location, 1 km from city centre. A magnificent restaurant in the hotel.

That hotel was in a magnificent location, very close to the mosque. Besides, it was next to Masjid Al Haram, the King Fahad Gate plaza, and a super market, food court unlike the other malls. The breakfast had a lot of food and it was awesome.

Fresh food for breakfast. In a nice enough area with street view, great and stunning position short walk to Masjid Al Haram and the other malls.

The room was spotless with brilliant bathroom, we were happy about that. Our hotel was in a marvellous and fantastic location near to the Haram mosque.

The breakfast was incredible and excellent with pastries and subcontinent Pakistani, as for instance, the best I had in Mecca. The location was marvellous and fantastic - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

The breakfast was astonishing, the room was spotless and huge with Haram view, good housekeeping, for instance, more than enough for the trip. The overall atmosphere was individual, nonetheless some staff members were really slow. Its location in Mecca was great and amazing, very close to a convenient shopping mall, Restaurant, and Al Haram. Also, a massive mosque was 3 km away.

Internet connection was weak, made me a little nervous.

The breakfasts were incredible and sensational with fruit and Indian dishes and Indian dishes also included. The check-in was fast and the atmosphere was individual overall.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean place accompanied by efficient and respectful staff. Reasonably large and luxurious rooms with comfortable beds & tidy beds, food brilliant. Amazing position in Mecca. Excellent restaurants.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Makkah, close to the King Fahad Gate. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely touch. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and the staff is polite and professional. The hotel has a spectacular view of the Haram. The bathroom is clean and uniquely designed. The hotel staff is helpful, as they upgraded my room and accommodated my early check-in request. They also offered to store my luggage after check-out.

Felt right at home, no complaints.
